The report鈥攔eleased by the New York City-based Committee for Economic Development鈥攊dentifies the key features needed to design a 鈥渉igh quality鈥 early-childhood-education program. Its conclusions are based on the work done by the High/ Scope Perry Preschool program, the Carolina Abecedarian Project, and the Chicago Child-Parent Centers.
